More- 1993 - A team of researchers of the Department for study of physical and chemical processes in welding arc of the E. 0 . Paton Welding Institute which was the leading research center in the USSR in the field of development of welding consumables has c reated a scientific and technological enterprise - Joint Venture "TM.Weldtech" - specializing in development and implementation into production of new grades of flux-cored wires as well as modern wire manufacture technologies on the production base of Public Joint Stock Company "Dneprometiz".
- 1995 - Certification of products of JV "TM.Weldtech" in accordance with the "UkrSEPRO" voluntary certification system existing in Ukraine.
- 1996 - A certificate of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping was obtained for the TMW 7 all-position flux-cored wire 1.2 mm in diameter.
- 2001 - The "TM.WELTEC" limited liability company which was organized on the basis of the Joint Venture "TM.Weldtech" scientific and technological enterprise has released its own first products on the renovated manufacturing facilities.
- 2002 - A group of companies - the "WeldTech Group" - was organized with an aim for joint promotion of flux-cored wires produced by JV "TM.Weldtech" and LLC "TM.WELTEC" as well as the specialized equipment for arc welding and metal deposition produced by a developer of such equipment - the "Remmash" scientific innovation enterprise on the market of Commonwealth of Independent States.
- 2002-2021 - More than 80 grades of flux-cored wires which are produced by LLC "TM.WELTEC" were certificated by the "UkrSEPRO" certification system.
- 2002-2016 - A certificate of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping is effectual for the TMW 7 flux-cored wire 1.2 mm in diameter.
- 2003-2017 - An application of the TMW 7 flux-cored wire is adopted by Lloyd`s Register.
- 2005 - "TMB", "BeATeK" and "BeAATeK" trade marks were registered.
