Purpose and scope

Предназначена для автоматической сварки с принудительным формированием в вертикальном положении стыковых швов металлоконструкций из низколегированных сталей ГОСТ 5521, ГОСТ 19281. Типичные объекты применения: сварка судов, металлоконструкций резервуаров, строительство мостов и др. 

Welding and technological properties

• Arc Stability - consistent and stable arc behavior, good weld bead appearance.

• Slag completely covers the weld bead, and easy to remove slag. High crack and pore resistance.

 

Welding technology

• Welding of vertical joints is made “bottom-up”.
• The welding process is performed without the slag being drained when the weld pool is deep and not buried, the gap between the forming slider and the product should not exceed 2 mm.
• Use DC reverse polarity.
