Износостойкость - высокая. Максимальная термическая выносливость. Возможна обработка режущим инструментом.
Technological features
Обязателен предварительный подогрев наплавляемого изделия до температуры 250-350°С. После наплавки среднетемпературный отпуск (400°С/ 1ч), затем замедленное охлаждение со скоростью 40 - 60°С/ч.
Application
Наплавка валков горячей прокатки [преимущественно валки чистовых клетей трубопрокатных и сортопрокатных станов], ножей горячей резки металла, штампов и прессового инструмента.
