Purpose and scope
Предназначена для механизированной сварки и наплавки под водой в различной солености на глубине до 40 м металлоконструкций из углеродистых и низколегированных сталей марок Ст3, 09Г2, 09Г2С, 10ХСНД, 10ХСНФ, 19Г и др. Типичные объекты применения: строительство и ремонт трубопроводов, портовые сооружения, сварка судов, гидротехнические сооружения и т.п.
Welding and technological properties

The arc burning stability is high, the roller is somewhat convex with a scaly surface.

Slag completely covers the weld bead, and easy to remove slag. The tendency to the formation of cracks and pores is small.

Small-drop metal transfer, spatter is not welded to the metal surface.
Welding technology

Welding of vertical seams on steel with a thickness of 2–5 mm is made “from top to bottom”, and more than 5 mm - “from bottom to top”.

When welding is required transverse oscillations of the wire.

At imposing of each subsequent layer cleaning of a surface of a seam from slag is obligatory.

Use DC reverse polarity.
