Purpose and scope

Welding and technological properties

  • Arc Stability - consistent and stable arc behavior, good weld bead appearance. The wire provides deep penetration of the base metal.
  • Slag completely covers the weld bead, and easy to remove slag. , separability in deep cuts satisfactory.. High crack and pore resistance.

Welding technology

  • Welding in the lower position is performed at the location of the wire perpendicular to the weld bead or tilt «angle back».
  • Welding of rust-coated and gas-treated or plasma-cut edges is not allowed.
  • Use DC reverse polarity.
