General characteristics

It is designed for automatic as well as semi-automatic open-arc or gas-shielded arc cladding of parts operating under conditions of metal-to-metal friction and impact loads.

Application

Typical applications are as follows: mechanized cladding of contact surfaces of coupling devices of railroad rolling stock, slots in shafts, key places, rollers for roller conveyors, wheels and stars for tracked vehicles etc.
