General characteristics

It is designed for open-arc metal deposition of strengthening layers as to abrasive wear in combination with impact loads.

Application

Typical applications are as follows: hard-facing of parts of tillage tools, dies for peat processing and briquetting presses, mixers and augers as well as hard-facing of bats for mining grinding mills and crushers, bats for hammer mills, teeth of segments for coal breakers, star cams for sinter breakers, operating tools for ground processing machinery, buckets for dredge excavators, tube-turns at asbestos plants and rolls for production of asbestos sheets.
