General characteristics

It is designed for open-arc cladding of parts operating under conditions of abrasive wear in combination with low impact loads and parts resisting to erosion under effect of solid subjects at working temperature up to 650 °C.

Application

Typical applications are as follows: cladding wear-resistant plates, parts for sintering equipment, hopper cone of blast furnace, as deposited bucket cutting edges and bucket teeth for bucket-wheel excavators, parts for sieving machines, extruders, parts of equipment for cement and concrete industries, as well as for mining industry, mixer rakes, crushing stars, grates and parts of equipment for ore heat treatment zones.
