General characteristics

It is designed for gas-shielded mechanized arc welding, surfacing and filling-up patching of flaws in steel castings and metal structures of high-alloyed and stainless steels, high-temperature and creep resistant steels and alloys which are exploited at temperature up to 545 °C.

Application

Typical objects of the wire application are as follows: transport machine engineering, technological tanks, vessels, reservoirs and pipelines, aggregates of metallurgical industry etc.

Weld Positions

Ø 1,2 мм: Ø 1,6-2,0 мм: Ø 2,4-3,6 мм:

Welding technology

The welding is performed at reverse of welding current - DC ( +). Preheating of the groove edges up to 100 ... 150 °C before welding is required.
(post-weld heat treatment: high tempering at 720 .. .750 °C for 5 hours)
