General characteristics

It is designed for gas-shielded arc welding of heavy-duty metal structures made of low-alloyed high-strength steels, alloyed structural steels and other ones with yield strength not less than 580 MPa.

Application

Typical objects of the wire application are as follows: repairing of castings made of steels of increased strength, equipment repairing, building metal structures and metal structures for machine engineering branch on industry and metallurgical machinery.

Welding technology

The welding is performed at reverse of welding current- DC(+). At multi-pass treatment: welding the weld run temperature should high tempering at be kept within the limits 200 ... 250 °C. (post-weld heat welding current treatment high tempering at 720 ... 750 °C for 5 hours)
