General characteristics

It is designed for open-arc or gas-shielded mechanized arc welding of joints of low-carbon and low-alloyed steels as well as alloyed structural steels with austenitic steels.

Application

It is recommended for arc welding of metal more than 5 mm thick. It is applied for welding of the joints of pearlitic steels and high-manganese steels as well as for welding and repairing buckets of mining excavators.

Welding technology

The welding is performed at reverse polarity of welding current - DC (+).The temperature of the parts to be welded should not exceed 200 °C. Welding should be performed at minimalheat input.
