Properties of the weld metal
Высокая износостойкость против истирания при повышенных температурах, высокая термическая выносливость. Возможна обработка режущим инструментом.
Technological features
Обязателен предварительный подогрев наплавляемого изделия до температуры 400-450°С. После наплавки среднетемпературный отпуск (400°С/ 1ч), затем замедленное охлаждение со скоростью 40 - 60°С/ч.
Application
Наплавка валков горячей прокатки, штампов, прессового инструмента.
