General characteristics

Rutile all-positional welding flux-cored wire is designed for gas shielded arc welding of metal structures of low-carbon and low-alloyed steels, including the following: the shipbuilding steels of the D32 - E40 grades and rolled steel sheets of increased strength and plain steels of the S235 and S355 grades with heightened plasticity requirements to weld metal at low temperatures being set to. The wire demonstrates excellent welding and technological properties, having formed smooth deposited bead with easily-removed slag crust and providing low spattering.

Application

It is used in shipbuilding, machine building, for welding of building metal structures and metal structures for transport and load-lifting machine engineering branches of industry.
