General characteristics

It is designed for mechanized open-arc or gas-shielded arc or submerged arc welding and metal deposition of low-carbon and low-alloyed steels as well as alloy structural steels with austenitic steels.

Application

Typical applications are as follows: welding and repairing of buckets for mining shovels, deposition of buffer layer prior hard-alloy cladding, cladding of carbon and medium carbon steels, repairing of tram rails, hard-facing of railroad rails, frogs and parts of switches as well as cladding of centrifuge rollers for mineral insulation production.
