General characteristics

It is designed for automatic as well as semi-automatic submerged arc cladding of parts operating under conditions of metal-to-metal sliding and rolling friction.

Application

Typical applications are as follows: cladding of crane wheels, rollers for roller conveyors, brake pulleys, roller and tensioning wheels for caterpillar machines, gearwheel teeth, roller necks for continuous casting machines and shaft seating places etc.
