General characteristics

It is designed for automatic as well as semi-automatic gas-shielded arc or submerged arc cladding of parts operated under conditions of elevated temperatures, high specific pressures and corrosive environment.

Application

Typical applications are as follows: corrosion-resistant cladding of mounting places for rolls of continuous casting machines, deposition of sub-layer at cladding of rolls for continuous casting machines as well as cladding of sealing surfaces of pipe fittings operated at temperatures up to 450 °C.
