General characteristics

It is designed for automatic and semi-automatic open-arc metal deposition of strengthening layers for wear-resistant surfaces that require increased hardness and corrosion resistance under conditions off hydro-abrasive and abrasive wear in combination with moderate impact loads.

Application

Typical applications are as follows: hard-facing of parts for slurry pumping stations, loading machines, coal pumps, dredgers and covers for pump housings.
