General characteristics
It is designed for automatic and semi-automatic open-arc or gas-shielded arc or submerged arc metal deposition of surface layer operated under conditions of elevated temperatures, high specific pressures and corrosive environment.
Application
Typical applications are as follows: cladding of hydraulic press plungers, sealing surfaces of general purpose pipe fittings as well as fittings for gas and oil industries, rods of hydraulic timbering, hydraulic cylinders and protective shaft sleeves, valve seats in castings, mixer blades, crankshaft journals, scraper blades, loading buckets and caterpillar wheels.
It can be used for restoration
hard-facing of worn-our dies for cold
metal deformation as well as punching
dies and punches.
