General characteristics

It is designed for open-arc restoration and hard-facing of parts made of carbon and low-alloyed steels operating under conditions of intensive abrasive wear with impact loads.

Application

Typical applications are as follows: cladding of parts subjected to abrasive-impact wear (frozen ground and rocks) such as part of earth-moving machinery, dredger ladles, bulldozer blades and grader shovels, crushing plants, cutting edges and teeth for bucket excavators and scrapers, bats, rippers and cultivators, crushing equipment, wear-resistant plates, auger presses and gyratory-cone crushers etc.
